Planned Giving

Once a Mustang, Always a Mustang. You can continue your legacy as a Mustang by considering a planned gift to Mercymount Country Day School. What is a planned gift? Any gift that needs documentation or work involving a lawyer or financial professional in order to be arranged is considered a planned gift.

The simplest and most common type of planned gift is a bequest from your will. To do so, contact your lawyer, and ask them to include the following: “I bequeath $_____ or _____% of my estate to Mercymount Country Day School, 35 Wrentham Road, Cumberland RI 02864.”

Please do let us know if you have named MCDS in your estate plans, because we would like to thank you by including you in the Legacy of Mercy Society, which was established in 2007. Your sharing a copy of the documentation with us is appreciated, but not required.

Other options for gift planning include:

Naming MCDS as a beneficiary of life insurance
