At Mercymount, we encourage our parents to work with us as partners in nurturing and educating our students, their children. Volunteers are the lifeblood of many of our activities. We encourage all of our parents, grandparents and families to participate in some way throughout the school year.

Before & After School Care

COVID-19: Due to the additional preparation and responsibilities required of teachers, we are not able to offer our traditional teacher run Before and After-Care program at this time. We recognize many parents still need these services and have partnered with AlphaBest to provide coverage for Kindergarten - 8th Grade (Note: Pre-K care will continue to be offered within the Pre-K classrooms with teachers). AlphaBest provides Before and After-Care services for many local schools including the Cumberland Public Schools. Services offered by this program will remain on the Mercymount premises. Please see the brochure for additional details and program registration.
